Awards, honors, improved UX, and organized content!

On our journey to bridge the knowledge gap between humans and machines we’ve been setting up shop at showcases, presenting at conferences, and finding ways to improve our technology.

The past few weeks have been filled with major successes, announcements, and product updates. Here’s some important updates regarding our company and our product.

Company News: Awards and Recognition

Our team recently presented at Learntec, the leading trade fair for digital learning. 

A jury panel voted Userlane as the Best Innovation at Learntec 2018. We are humbled to have received this recognition and add this badge to the list of awards we were honored to receive over the past two years.

We were delighted to be one of over 250 other exhibitors and to participate in pitch competitions against all the other innovative solutions.

On top of that, in a study conducted by the FAZ group (one of the biggest publishers in Germany), Userlane was found to be one of the top 50 startups. We’re glad to see that the work that we’re doing doesn’t go unnoticed! Here’s a link to the study: The Top 50 Startups in Germany (in German).

Product Updates

Amazing New Feature

Our engineers are always updating our product and have some exciting news.

The most interesting new feature involves the opportunity to trigger userlanes via direct link.Direct links to userlanes can now be found in the dashboard and can be integrated into emails, FAQ articles, or live chats so that users can start a walkthrough by simply clicking on a hyperlink.

Additional product updates

We’ve completely redesigned the Dashboard to guarantee an even smoother workflow. The customize section is now even more intuitive, and major UI/UX changes in the Dashboard and the Editor also improved the management and organization of guides and chapters, team management, and the editing process.

Additionally, we’ve improved guidance for our own users and added additional resources to support our customers.

Blog Update

You may have noticed that we’ve revamped our blog and broken it down into three separate categoriesUX and User OnboardingCustomer Success and CX, and Digital Transformation and HRTech.

This allows us to structure and organize our articles in a more efficient way, and our readers can choose what content is most relevant for them.
