Day Twelve: Santa Cleans House
Santa decides to modernize things to enjoy some free time.
He leaves his Head Elf Bernard in charge of implementing new automation at the North Pole….But changing well-established processes is not that easy.

Santa's All In
Meanwhile at the North Pole
Bernard and the elves all agree that everyone at the workshop would benefit from more training on the Christmas Resource Planning (XRP) solution.
The only problem is, how can they all organize training sessions? There is limited space in the workshop because the toys are being packaged and prepared for their Christmas journey.
Not only is space an issue, there are also a lot of elves who need to be properly trained! Can you imagine getting one billion elves trained simultaneously?! (and of course, there are one billion elves, otherwise how would they be able to produce toys for the entire world?)
Plus, how would they be able to make all of the cookies needed for break time? The elves wanted answers, especially on the cookie order!
Bernard snuck away to his desk and reached out to Santa...
Santa's Reply to Bernard
I had a Texas Hold’em tournament today at my cottage in Mistletoe Springs and surprisingly, I won!
Pocket Aces, a classic hand! You should have seen the Easter Bunny’s face, he thought I was bluffing! I am cleaning up the house now that the party is over.
You brought up an interesting point in your last email regarding the training sessions. Of course we cannot expect all of the elves to be trained at one time with the resources we currently have.
I have an idea: how about we get some of the elves to write handbooks on each of their processes and then the other elves can create video demonstrations of their tasks?
This way the elves can review the material at each of their work stations anytime they have questions! What do you think?
Lots of love,
