Santa's Trying to Bench 200

Meanwhile at the North Pole

On the fifteenth day of Christmas, the elves decided to meet after work at the Christmas markets over at Sleighbell Square. Bernard also joined in on the festivities and was excited to get a photo of all the elves next to the Christmas tree.
Did you know Sleighbell Square has the largest Christmas tree in the world? Suddenly, everyone started cheering. Bernard looked over and saw that the five elves, who went to the Christmas Resource Planning (XRP) training session over in Norway, had just returned.

“The training was really well done,” said Holly. “But we didn’t spend much time on the actual things that I need to do my job. But It was nice to know how many cool features and functions the XRP has. I think it will definitely help us in toy production!”

Well, that wasn't exactly the response Bernard was hoping for. He grabbed a mulled eggnog cider and thought about what he could do now. If only training was as easy as sipping a delicious holiday drink!

Santa's Reply to Bernard

Dear Bernard,

I’ve realized I haven’t had the healthiest diet. With all the goodies we have at the workshop and also the cookies children leave me every Christmas, it isn’t a mystery why people talk about my round belly all the time.

Which is why I’ve decided to make a Christmas resolution this year. I’m starting a weight lifting program inspired by the one and only Arnold Schwarzenegger. Check me out on the free weights!

Also, I have some good news! I heard back from the Fairy Godmother and she told me about something that I think is going to change everything for us. It’s called a Christmas Adoption Platform (XAP), and we can apply it on top of our Christmas Resource Planning (XRP) solution.

This way, we can have elves create guides themselves based on what they know and all of these guides will be accessible to every single elf in the workshop whenever they need them!

The difference would be that each elf would would work with the XAP to accomplish their tasks in the XRP, meaning that while they’re accomplishing their tasks, they’re actually learning how to do them at the same time!

It’s learning by doing for the 21st century! Would you mind checking this out to see if it would be the right solution for us? I need to get ready for tomorrow, it’s leg day.
