Santa's Trying to Become the Next Picasso

Meanwhile at the North Pole

Over the weekend, Bernard did some more research on the Christmas Adoption Platform (XAP) and discovered a few more things that he wasn't aware of before.
Not only is the XAP a training resource for the Christmas Resource Platform (XRP)- it is also a permanent solution to any software that the North Pole might use in the future!

This means that if Santa and Bernard ever want to use a Christmas Relationship Management tool, they will not have to worry about the elves not being able to learn how to use it!

And if any of their new software solutions for toy production ever have an update close to Christmas, the XAP will adjust for the changes and the elves can quickly relearn the new system without having to scramble for the answers.
With this new information, Bernard reached out to Santa to let him know the good news.

Santa's Reply to Bernard

Dear Bernard,

Hello from Chicago! I am here attending an art conference for aspiring artists. I am not sure if my work is Picasso-level yet, but I am going to practice when I have some down time. I will display my artwork at the workshop, I hope you all enjoy it!

Thanks for sending me your research on the XAP. From what you describe, we may have found something that will be a valuable asset for us in the future.
The Fairy Godmother spoke to me the other day already about a new Christmas Relationship Management tool called Elforce, have you heard of it? Maybe we could use it at the workshop?

Tomorrow I am heading out to buy myself a Christmas present. I spent all year getting Mrs. Claus the perfect gift ( a new ) so now it’s time to get myself something! I already know what it is, I will show you tomorrow.

Love,

Santa
